Community health centers (CHCs) play a crucial role in healthcare delivery in Ethiopia, particularly for underserved populations. A multilevel regression analysis was conducted using data collected from CHCs across different regions. The model accounts for both individual-level factors (e. g. , socio-economic status) and contextual-level factors (e. g. , availability of healthcare infrastructure). The regression analysis revealed that the proportion of community members who adopted CHC services varied significantly by region, with a notable difference in adoption rates between urban and rural areas. CHCs are essential for improving access to healthcare in Ethiopia but require targeted interventions to increase service uptake, especially among remote populations. Policy makers should prioritise investment in infrastructure and training programmes specifically designed for CHC staff in underserved regions. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
