Author: Nikita Teslia (ORCID: 0009-0002-0328-4873) This release documents V11, an experiment chain that extends earlier Phase-Field work into a measurable replicator ecology in continuous reaction–diffusion media. The objective is not qualitative pattern storytelling, but a falsifiable protocol: define what counts as an organism/unit, define signatures and generational events, quantify replication-like statistics (R/F/S), and test necessity/robustness with explicit interventions and controlled sweeps. The model is instantiated as a Gray–Scott-type reaction–diffusion substrate augmented with a bounded template/memory channel and capped nonlinearity to maintain numerical stability. Causality is treated operationally via factual vs counterfactual branching (single “do”-style intervention) and via localized ablation sensitivity maps. Included artifacts Main PDF: V11: Template-Guided Replicator Ecology in Reaction–Diffusion Phase Fields (this record). Separate visual archive: V11 visual (GIF animations and/or frame sequences for E1–E12), distributed as an accompanying archive. Experiment chain (E1–E12) E1 — Baseline regime & detector validation: establishes a stable reference run and validates unit detection + metric pipeline. E2 — Template necessity (counterfactual do(template-off)): single-intervention necessity test for sustained persistence. E3 — Resource-driven ecology sweep (ρ): identifies viability boundary and regime structure (failure / viable band / coarsening). E4 — Heredity channel test (split vs swap): lineage continuity proxy under controlled mixing operations. E5 — Generational selection: directional intervention on composition with quantified ecological cost. E6 — Stress robustness (σ sweep): windowed noise/shocks without extinction in the tested range. E7 — Scaling transfer (N sweep): persistence across tested grid sizes with documented low-resolution pathology. E8 — Causal locality probe: localized ablations → response heatmaps (Δunits / field deltas). E9 — Phase diplomacy: coexistence/assimilation/interface dynamics under two-strain contact. E10 — Competition under resource deficit: winner/time-to-dominate supported by resource + dominance observables. E11 — Niche divergence diagnostics: entropy, Moran’s I, corr(g,ρ), niche separation, bimodality. E12 — Follow-up run: repeatability baseline and scaffold for explicit duty-cycle (“Red Queen”) augmentation. Reproducibility and disclosure The PDF provides formal definitions, protocols, and metric equations sufficient to interpret results.Full reproduction bundles (raw arrays, exact parameter configurations, run manifests) are available upon request under NDA, due to ongoing development and disclosure constraints. Requests should specify experiment IDs (E1–E12) and intended scope (verification / collaboration / review). License Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. How to cite Nikita Teslia.
