This paper offers a unified ontodynamic reinterpretation of special and general relativity, inertia, and quantum structure within Wayward Metamonism. We propose that time does not dilate and spacetime geometry is not ontologically fundamental. Instead, all relativistic and quantum effects emerge from the redistribution of a single global rate of actualization (denoted c) between orthogonal dissipative channels of local nodes. The Lorentz factor and Schwarzschild metric arise directly from conservation of this rate and the principle of orthogonal compensation, without requiring Minkowski or Hilbert space as primary ontology. Ordinary 1--3D space remains the configurational arena, while 5--7D unfoldings account for internal phase contours. Mass is reinterpreted as resistance to resynchronization, quantum superposition as incomplete orthogonality, and singularities as forbidden by Axiom~0 (prohibition of absolute identity), replaced by collective hypernodes. A mathematical appendix derives the Lorentz transformations and the Schwarzschild factor solely from ontodynamic axioms, without postulating the constancy of light speed in every inertial frame. All experimentally verified predictions of special and general relativity are preserved, while the underlying ontology shifts from geometric spacetime to process, global flow, and orthogonal phase redistribution.
