This paper demonstrates how the Mass Curvature Rate (MCR) constant, fMCR, emerges naturally within the Myo Min Aung Unified Theory (MUT) framework. Starting from the scalar MCR field Lagrangian and the ground-state condition, fMCR is derived using only fundamental constants and the proton mass. The derivation provides a self-consistent definition of fMCR, linking subatomic mass, Einstein mass-energy equivalence, and scalar field vacuum excitation. It reconciles natural scalar field frequency with master-equation constants used for predictive mass, energy, and stellar fusion calculations.
