The paper aims at clarifying the characteristics of land god shrines that differ among five areas of Bangkok. The analysis compares the forms of land god shrines between regions and examines their distribution and locations. The characteristics of each region are then considered based on the location of land god shrines. The comparison of shrine components further clarifies their characteristics, which are examined in relation to their regional contexts.
