The X-gesture is a presence declaration embedded in infrastructure. AXL-1 formalizes the X-gesture as the primary human operator enabling chromatic binding in Ambient OS. Unlike traditional gesture systems, AXL-1 does not issue commands or open applications. Instead, it transitions the user from the Yellow intent layer into Purple Context State, signaling availability and readiness for ambient coupling. This gesture activates the coherence pathways consumed by ACR-1, CIR-1, and AFS-1, forming the universal entry point into post-symbolic interaction across all Ambient Broadcast systems.
