This release is v0. 2 (Implementation Entry) for the Riemann–Navier mapping series. What this is An audit-first mapping protocol that links a Riemann-side observable (spectral/phase coherence) to a Navier–Stokes-side observable (transport/dissipation proxy) via a frozen gate design. Not a proof. Not an equivalence claim. NO OVERCLAIM. What is new in v0. 2 (vs v0. 1 Concept Lock) Adds an implementation entry: Aₒbj/Bₒbj -> coherence scores -> coherence gate Gcoh. Freezes the coherence gate outcome labels as PASS / FAIL / INCOMPLETE under a shared audit state. Adds Figure IM1 (implementation map) and an SI definition ledger to prevent definition drift and RISK-3 definition split. Maintains strict non-circularity (no RH zero tables; no known-solution tables; no post-hoc gate fitting). Artefacts (this record) Main (PDF, Nature-style) SI (PDF, Nature-style) INSTALLME (ASCII txt) Figure IM1 (PNG) Governance Audit-first | NO OVERCLAIM | FACT-BASED Axis: Peace / Non-violence / Dignity Dual-use boundary: NO military / NO surveillance / NO coercion
