Community-based healthcare interventions have been implemented in Ethiopia to improve maternal health outcomes through preventive care and early detection of complications. The research employs a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative data from surveys with qualitative insights from focus group discussions and interviews. Community health workers reported a significant increase in women seeking prenatal care, with over 75% of pregnant women receiving at least one antenatal visit during their pregnancy. The interventions have notably improved maternal health outcomes by increasing access to healthcare services and awareness about preventive measures. Continued support for community-based healthcare initiatives is recommended to sustain these improvements in maternal health.
