MNS (Marcin's Number System) replaces binary arithmetic with balanced ternary signed digits -1, 0, +1 governed by a Non-Adjacent Form constraint, achieving carry-free addition with O (1) latency. Validated GPU benchmarks demonstrate ~28× throughput improvement and 8× memory compression on NVIDIA RTX 3090 hardware. The system maps natively to photonic computing via direct phase-state correspondence (+1 → 0°, -1 → 180°, 0 → dark). Twenty falsifiable mathematical probes reveal that the MNS computational substrate (5-smooth numbers built from primes 2, 3, and 5) appears with statistically significant enrichment across ancient mathematics, musical consonance, sacred architecture, neuroscience, social organisation, and physics (15 STRONG, 3 SIGNAL, 2 NULL). A six-probe chain identifies the number 7 as a bidirectional kingdom operator and derives a consciousness protocol grounded in published theta-entrainment neuroscience.
