Community health centers (CHCs) in Nigeria play a crucial role in providing accessible healthcare services to underserved populations. However, their reliability and effectiveness vary widely across different regions. A meta-analysis approach was employed, integrating data from multiple studies to evaluate the consistency and robustness of CHC performance metrics over time. The analysis revealed significant variability in service delivery quality among different regions, with some CHCs achieving a 75% adherence rate to recommended protocols compared to others. This study underscores the need for standardised training programmes and regular system audits to enhance reliability and patient outcomes across Nigeria's CHC network. Implementing evidence-based guidelines and continuous professional development opportunities are recommended to improve service delivery consistency. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
