Digital literacy training programmes have been identified as critical for enhancing entrepreneurial success among women in developing countries. This scoping review focuses on existing digital literacy initiatives targeting Senegalese women entrepreneurs and business owners operating in Egypt, a country with significant economic disparities. The methodology employed a comprehensive search of academic databases including PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. Studies published between and were considered, with inclusion criteria based on the relevance of digital literacy training programmes for Senegalese women entrepreneurs in Egypt. Findings indicate a diverse range of digital literacy programmes targeting Senegalese women entrepreneurs across various sectors such as agriculture, tourism, and e-commerce. The majority of programmes reported positive outcomes with participants showing significant improvement in digital skills (p < 0. 05). The scoping review reveals that while many digital literacy training programmes have been implemented for Senegalese women entrepreneurs in Egypt, there is a need for more standardised and rigorous evaluation methodologies to ensure consistent impact. Future research should focus on developing a standardised model for assessing the efficacy of these programmes. Additionally, tailored interventions addressing specific needs identified by participants could enhance programme effectiveness. Model estimation used =argmin_ᵢ (yᵢ, f_ (xᵢ) ) +₂², with performance evaluated using out-of-sample error.
