Rural clinics in Nigeria often face challenges related to clinical outcomes due to limited resources and infrastructure. A quasi-experimental design was employed, including pre- and post-testing on patient outcomes to assess changes over time. The analysis revealed significant improvements in patient recovery rates by 15% (95% CI: 7. 2%, 23%) after implementing standardised clinical protocols. Rural clinics can enhance their effectiveness with the adoption of standardised clinical protocols, leading to improved patient outcomes. Investment in training for healthcare providers and continuous quality improvement initiatives are recommended to sustain these improvements.
