Community health centers (CHCs) play a crucial role in healthcare delivery in Rwanda, particularly in underserved rural areas. A mixed-method approach combining econometric techniques with qualitative insights to evaluate the performance and efficiency of CHCs. Panel-data estimates suggest that CHCs contribute positively to health outcomes with a marginal improvement rate of 15% in infant mortality rates. The analysis highlights significant cost savings and demonstrates the potential for further investment in CHC infrastructure and services. Investment strategies should focus on enhancing service quality, expanding coverage areas, and improving referral systems. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
