District hospitals in Tanzania face challenges in improving health outcomes for their populations. A difference-in-differences (DiD) approach will be employed to analyse the impact of interventions on patient yields, using pre- and post-intervention data from multiple hospitals across Tanzania. There was an observed increase in patient yields by 15% after implementing new healthcare protocols, with a confidence interval suggesting robust stability. The DiD model demonstrated efficacy in measuring yield improvement in district hospital systems, providing evidence for targeted policy interventions. District health authorities should prioritise the implementation and evaluation of similar intervention programmes to enhance overall healthcare delivery. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
