This article delves into the innovative inheritance and market expansion strategies of Xiaogan paper-cutting, viewed through the lens of cultural and creative industry integration. By analyzing the cultural value and current state of inheritance of Xiaogan paper-cutting, and drawing on the theoretical foundations and successful cases of integrating intangible cultural heritage (ICH) with the cultural and creative industry both domestically and internationally, it proposes innovative design concepts for cultural and creative products, as well as strategies for market promotion and brand building.
