We extend the FhiemDien Information Field (IF) framework to cosmic scales, modelling large-scale peculiar velocity flows as gradients of an information density field. Applied to a CosmicFlows-4-like sample of 3, 936 galaxies (1–487 Mpc), the IF model (F∝1/r) achieves 28. 8% lower MAE than Newton (F∝1/r²), with kIF = 630 km/s·Mpc. The Dipole Repeller (Hoffman et al. 2017) is modelled as a negative IF gradient node, and the predicted net bulk-flow velocity of 152 km/s matches the observed 150 km/s residual to 1. 3%. The IF coupling constant kIF is now consistent across 11 orders of magnitude in scale (AU to Gpc). Falsifiable predictions provided for DESI void survey and Vera Rubin LSST.
