Community health centres (CHCs) in Kenya play a critical role in delivering primary healthcare services to underserved populations. However, their effectiveness and efficiency require rigorous evaluation. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining quantitative data from surveys and administrative records with qualitative insights through interviews. Data were analysed using regression analysis for statistical significance testing. Quasi-experimental results indicated that CHCs in certain regions reduced healthcare risks by 20%, specifically in areas with lower socioeconomic status. The quasi-experimental design successfully identified risk reduction effects, contributing to a more evidence-based understanding of CHC systems' impact on public health outcomes. Future research should focus on scaling up successful interventions and exploring additional factors influencing healthcare access and utilization.
