This paper formalizes the network topology of the Quantum-like Wave Information Model (QWIM). We extend the two-phase Bayesian inference framework byintroducing a modified Kuramoto-style synchronization model for glial syncytia. Wedefine ”Transition Jitter” as the stochastic phase deviation from the 369 Hz globalresonance and derive its impact on the reliability of the Phase II selection triggerΘ(t). Our results suggest that cognitive stability is a direct function of the couplingstrength between individual spin-phonon transducers and the collective vibrationalmodes of the network.
