The number of juvenile crimes in India is increasing day by day. There is also a report that more worrying than the growth rate in the city is the rapidly increasing living environment which is a special reason for making innocent children somewhere or the other, then the future will be quite good. This is based on the presented research. Although juvenile delinquency is considered a social problem, it is fundamentally a legal and psychological issue. Currently, delinquency is considered a form of misconduct and is a highly socially problematic issue. These adolescents engage in theft, burglary, aggression, violence, and uncontrolled emotions. Some also engage in substance abuse, including alcohol and related substances. If left unchecked, they can become even more dangerous to society and cause significant harm to their families and society. These adolescents must be forcibly detained, such as sending them to correctional facilities or detention centers for young persons, to punish young offenders. Currently, the problem of juvenile delinquency has emerged as a challenge in both developed and developing societies. Countries across the world are concerned about the rising incidence of juvenile delinquency. This is why parents, educators, police, psychiatrists, social workers, criminologists, sociologists, the government, and the media are often found discussing juvenile delinquency during various discussions. The rise of antisocial and deviant behavior among adolescents is not a sign of a healthy society. It poses a threat to the peace, happiness, and prosperity of society, hindering the nation's progress.
