This article explores a multilevel regression framework to evaluate secondary school systems in Uganda, focusing on adoption rates across different levels of the educational system. A multilevel regression analysis will be employed, incorporating both fixed effects and random effects to account for nested structures within the Ugandan educational system. The multilevel regression framework provides methodological insights into the adoption rates of secondary education systems in Uganda, offering nuanced understanding over traditional single-level models. Future research should extend this analysis to other sectors and incorporate additional variables for comprehensive system evaluation. The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
