QSTH — Publication 6.12: The Emergence of Dimensions as an Entropic Reconstruction This publication develops a CORE, testable, and audit-friendly QSTH account of dimensional emergence. Its central thesis is that a 2D interface is not merely a geometric surface, but an accounting boundary of information — a ledger boundary — from which stable 3D bulk behavior can be reconstructed under invariant-preserving rewrite rules and coherence-reduction flow. In this framework, the arrow of time is not introduced as an extra axiom, but arises operationally as accounting irreversibility: once coherence is booked into reduction, record, and noise, time acquires direction through thresholds, hysteresis, and stability windows. The publication positions dimensionality as an audit discipline. QSTH distinguishes between geometric dimensions, internal state axes such as I-Dim, and regime labels such as R-layers. The operational language is carried by the S/T/J triad: S for spectral signature, T for topological signature, and J for flow signature. Stronger interpretive claims remain CAND until they pass predeclared PASS/FAIL/INCONCLUSIVE gates, consistent with the audit logic established in QSTH 6.9. The appendices extend the publication in three layers. Appendices A–B clarify the dimensional vocabulary and place 6.12 within the broader QSTH sequence 6.9 → 6.14, including forward links to 6.13 as the verification engine and 6.14 as the future map of invariant knots and coherent links. Appendices C–E compare QSTH with selected contemporary frameworks, emphasizing compatibility with boundary-based, emergent, topological, and informational approaches while identifying QSTH’s specific novelties: ledger boundary, 3D reconstruction from invariants, accounting irreversibility, and an audit-first epistemology. This Zenodo record is intended as the main publication record for QSTH 6.12, accompanied by a ZIP bundle containing the master file and the supporting standalone appendix files.
