Humanity lives in an age of biotechnology and artificial intelligence, areas that are important for the future of humanity both from the point of view of post-humanism and trans humanism. As technology advances, man leaves behind his characteristics of sapiens to advance much further, but retains his gender «Homo», which makes him, in a context trans humanism, whose human rights must evolve to protect humanity, regardless of their species, even in the case of a possible gender change for some. After the Second World War, humanity was forced to consolidate the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in Paris, a century that is considered to be that of quantum physics, in which mankind feared the emergence of related disturbances, both a possible war and an apparent cooling off. In the 21st century, we are at the height of biotechnology and AI , where even the microscopic space of what Louis Pasteur called «temples», that is, the laboratories in which the mysteries of these microscopic and fearsome gods are untraveled, replaced today by nanoparticles or Nano robots and the old machines known as computers have evolved into intelligent quantum computers, which remains a magnificent feat, and their autonomy remains an open field for our good, in case we open our hearts enough and with benevolence. Ethical and philosophical currents are specters that are unified in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Since the evolution of science entails what is called the evolution of ethical and moral thought, which is why the twentieth century with its promising advances as the implantation of the artificial heart by the famous Dr. Christian Barnard and the cases of attenuated vaccines and antitoxins, which aroused ethical debates at the time and gave rise to bioethical resolutions such as trials and previous tests. This improved the effectiveness of the excellent work carried out by these scientists. That can found in the Article 1 of the Declaration of Human Rights and I quote: “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and must act towards each other with of fraternity “*1; *2. Article that lays the foundation for all positive philosophy and ethics. Today, in a context of biotechnology where humanity is improved thanks to technologies of life, which bring health to our body and can replace anatomical lesions by reconstituting them with electronic devices at both macro and Nano technological level. In these terms, these advances must not be the object of an elite, but must be accessible to all people who need and require them, hence the causality of the word «Nano ethics» in a context where Nano robots can help humanity with microbiological, dermal and tissue diseases. Hence, the word Nano ethics has been important for us and must keep an aspect of human rights.
