Abstract—The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed the way businesses operate, particularly in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. This paper presents the design and development of an e-commerce website specifically tailored for medical stores, enabling customers to browse, search, and purchase medicines, medical devices, and healthcare products online. The proposed system offers features such as user registration, product catalog management, a shopping cart, secure payment gateway integration, prescription upload, order tracking, and an admin panel for inventory management. The platform is built using modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, with a focus on usability, security, and scalability. The system was evaluated through functional testing and user surveys, demonstrating high user satisfaction and efficiency. The findings suggest that digitizing medical store operations enhances customer accessibility, reduces errors in manual processes, and improves overall healthcare service delivery.
