Telehealth services have emerged as a promising solution to address chronic care delivery challenges in Nigerian urban centers. A longitudinal study design was employed, collecting data from to through questionnaires and electronic health records (EHRs). Telehealth services were found to be acceptable by participants with an acceptability score of 85%, although further studies are needed to validate these results. The study highlights the need for continued research into telehealth's role in chronic care delivery, particularly focusing on participant feedback and service integration within existing healthcare systems.
