Abstract

patients, with a median dose of 50.4Gy.The local control rate at 3 years was 70 %.The 3 year overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) of the non-metastatic patients were 85 % and 78%, respectively.Acute toxicities were predominantly Grade I-II, while Grade III-IV toxicities were observed in 10 % of patients.Conclusions: Radiotherapy in Ewings sarcoma remains an important modality for achieving local control, particularly in unresectable tumors or positive-margin disease.Acceptable toxicity and favorable survival outcomes highlight the importance of multidisciplinary management.
