The advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed the tourism industry by enhancing personalization, efficiency and overall customer experience. AI-driven tools such as smart recommendation systems, virtual assistants, and intelligent trip planning platforms are increasingly influencing tourist behaviour and decision-making. This study aims to analyse the association between tourists’ age groups and their acceptance of smart recommendations, examine the relationship between travel frequency and the likelihood of using AI-driven platforms for trip planning and assess whether the frequency of travel influences satisfaction with AI-enabled tourism services. A quantitative research approach is adopted using structured questionnaires to collect primary data from tourists. Statistical techniques such as ANOVA and correlation analysis are employed to test the relationships between variables. The findings of the study are expected to provide valuable insights into how demographic and behavioural factors affect the adoption and satisfaction levels of AI technologies in tourism. The research contributes to a better understanding of AI-driven transformation in the travel sector and offers practical implications for tourism service providers.
