ABSTRACT While metalenses offer a path to miniaturize and functionalize optical systems, their operation in broad thermal environments has been hindered drastically by performance degradation. Conventional materials exhibit significant thermally‐induced aberrations, causing failure across wide temperature ranges. Herein, we exploit the exceptional thermal stability of diamond to demonstrate metalenses that maintain consistent diffraction‐limited imaging from −100°C to 500°C. We further develop a thermal analysis framework that quantifies wavefront error caused by temperature variation, revealing the superior stability of diamond compared to other material platforms. This result establishes a platform for robust, compact imaging systems capable of operating in broad temperature range, ranging from deep‐space missions to cryogenic research and harsh industrial settings.
