Community health centres in Nigeria face challenges related to resource allocation and service delivery efficiency. A difference-in-differences (DiD) regression analysis was employed to compare pre- and post-intervention changes in service utilization rates across two groups: intervention sites with the new system and control sites without it. Uncertainty around model estimates is addressed through robust standard errors. The DiD model revealed a statistically significant increase of 15% (p < 0. 05) in patient visits at intervention sites compared to controls, indicating improved adoption rates following the new system implementation. The findings suggest that the new community health centre system has been effectively adopted and is improving service delivery in Nigerian communities.
