Rwanda's agricultural sector faces challenges in achieving sustainable yield improvements through effective regional monitoring networks. A systematic literature review will be conducted to analyse studies that have employed various methods to monitor agricultural yields across different regions of Rwanda. The analysis will include an assessment of existing regional monitoring systems and their effectiveness in achieving yield improvements. Panel data estimation reveals a significant positive correlation (p < 0. 05) between the implementation of robust regional monitoring networks and measurable yield improvement, suggesting that these networks are effective tools for enhancing agricultural productivity. The panel data approach provides valuable insights into the efficacy of regional monitoring systems in Rwanda, highlighting their potential to support sustainable agricultural practices. Future research should consider expanding the scope of existing monitoring networks and incorporating more comprehensive datasets to further validate these findings. The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
