Community health centres in Rwanda face challenges in achieving optimal service delivery efficiency. A mixed-methods approach will be employed, including quantitative data collection via surveys and observational checklists to measure performance metrics such as patient flow and service quality. Qualitative interviews with staff members will supplement the analysis by providing insights into operational challenges and solutions. Initial findings suggest a {improvement in average patient wait times of 15% after implementing targeted process improvements, with an uncertainty range given as ±3% confidence interval. The quasi-experimental design demonstrates potential for enhancing operational yield of community health centres in Rwanda by identifying and addressing key bottlenecks. Further research should be conducted to validate these findings and explore scalability across different regions of Rwanda.
