Mhealth applications are increasingly being integrated into healthcare systems to improve accessibility and efficiency in rural areas. A qualitative assessment was conducted using interviews with healthcare providers and patients to evaluate application functionality and user satisfaction. Overall, there is a trend towards positive feedback regarding the application's usability (85% of respondents reported satisfaction), although some technical issues persist (20% encountered glitches). The integration process revealed strengths in user interface design but challenges in seamless data interoperability. Enhancements to the application's backend architecture and ongoing support for users are recommended to maximise its impact on healthcare delivery.
