Digital literacy among smallholder farmers in Rwanda is increasingly important for economic empowerment, given the growing importance of digital platforms in agriculture and finance. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including quantitative surveys to assess changes in financial management practices post-workshop participation and qualitative interviews to explore participants' experiences and challenges. Post-workshop participants showed an average improvement of 15% in digital literacy skills related to financial transactions, with women demonstrating a slightly higher increase (20%) compared to men (10%). Digital literacy workshops significantly improved smallholder farmers' financial management practices, particularly among female participants.
