The Unified Scalar-Imprint Framework derives all fundamental constants, forces, and cosmological parameters from one axiom: Ω = 100/99. The Standard Model contains exactly N = 17 kinetic sectors. From these two facts alone, with zero free parameters, the framework derives: the fine structure constant 1/α = 137. 035991 (99. 9999% accuracy) ; the proton mass 949. 2 MeV (98. 84%) ; the baryon asymmetry η = 6. 01×10⁻¹⁰ (98. 19%) ; the dark energy ratio (99. 995%) ; the strong coupling αₛ = 0. 1179 (99. 97%) ; all three PMNS neutrino mixing angles; the W boson mass 80. 38 GeV (99. 99%) ; and the strong CP angle θQCD = 0 exactly. The central identity N² − 9N + 1 = 137 is exact. Four falsifiable predictions are made, testable by LISA and next-generation detectors. Complete series: 20 Research papers across 6 Chapters. Mathematical verification and scientific language editing: Claude Sonnet (Anthropic), AI Mathematical Advisor. Parallel submission: Foundations of Physics (Springer Nature), under review.
