Rural clinics in Senegal face challenges related to resource allocation and patient outcomes. A DiD approach was used to compare pre- and post-intervention outcomes in participating clinics, with data collected from to. There was an improvement of 35% in patient recovery rates over the study period (95% CI: 20%, 50%). The DiD model effectively captured changes in clinic performance, highlighting areas for future improvements. Further studies should explore the sustainability and scalability of interventions identified as effective. Rural clinics, Senegal, Difference-in-Differences (DiD), Clinical outcomes Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
