For over a century, the fine-structure constant (alpha) has remained one of physics' most enduring enigmas, with no recognized theoretical derivation from first principles. This paper introduces a novel unified geometric framework that derives the exact value of alpha by integrating higher-dimensional E8 Lie group structures, toroidal topological dynamics, and golden ratio optimization.By analyzing the symmetry breaking of the E8 manifold and its projection into four-dimensional spacetime, we identify the fundamental structural components that dictate electromagnetic coupling strength. The derivation accounts for both the "bare" geometric value and the necessary quantum electrodynamic corrections, achieving a result that aligns with CODATA 2018 experimental measurements to extraordinary precision.The findings suggest that fundamental physical constants are not arbitrary empirical parameters but are determined by the underlying geometric necessity of spacetime.
