Internal Family Systems (IFS) — a psychotherapy approach that guides people in working with their inner “parts” to address trauma — has continued to gain momentum in clinical practice. Yet clinical research has remained limited, say researchers of a new study that seeks to change that by offering a more accessible and cost effective path to using IFS as a post‐traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) treatment.
