The post-COVID-19 economic recovery in Ghanaian urban centers has been marked by significant policy interventions aimed at mitigating the socio-economic impacts of the pandemic, including healthcare accessibility. A comprehensive search strategy was employed using electronic databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. Studies published between and were included if they addressed healthcare accessibility in Ghanaian urban centers post-COVID-19 recovery policies. The analysis revealed that while some economic recovery policies have enhanced funding for healthcare infrastructure, others have led to reductions in public health spending. A notable theme was the need for more equitable distribution of resources across different urban districts. This review underscores the importance of policy coherence and resource allocation strategies to ensure sustainable improvements in healthcare accessibility in Ghanaian urban centers post-COVID-19 recovery. Policy makers should prioritise policies that integrate public health into broader economic recovery plans, ensuring equitable access to healthcare services across all urban areas. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
