This article examines digital transformation as a multidimensional organizational process that extends beyond the adoption of new technologies. While digital initiatives are frequently associated with software implementation, automation, and data analytics, many transformation efforts fail because they overlook cultural, organizational, and leadership dimensions. The article argues that sustainable digital transformation requires alignment between technology, organizational culture, and strategic leadership. By exploring the roles of culture, leadership, and human adaptation, the study highlights how meaningful transformation emerges when organizations rethink decision-making processes, managerial responsibilities, and collaborative practices in digitally evolving environments.
