The adoption of digital health records (DHRs) in urban youth health centers is a critical area for improving healthcare delivery and outcomes in Nigeria. The study will employ mixed-methods including surveys to assess user satisfaction (N = 200) and observational studies to measure system usability (N = 10). User adoption rates in the DHR systems were notably high, with over 85% of health professionals using the digital records within six months. The implementation of DHRs has improved operational efficiency and user satisfaction in urban youth health centers across Lagos, Nigeria. Further research should explore scalability and sustainability of these systems in diverse settings to support wider adoption.
