This study examines the adoption rates of district hospitals in Rwanda by employing a randomized field trial method. A random allocation design was implemented to assess the impact of training programmes on adoption rates. Data collection included surveys and observational studies across ten districts in Rwanda. The trial revealed a significant increase (p < 0. 05) in hospital adoption rates following targeted training sessions, with an average proportion reaching 82% among participating hospitals. The randomized field trial demonstrated the efficacy of structured training programmes in enhancing adoption rates within district hospitals in Rwanda. Future research should focus on long-term sustainability and scalability of these interventions across different geographical settings.
