This project contains the 27DCT-Alpha HUSL Master Report dated 2026-03-11. It documents the development of the Holmes Unified Scaling Law and its associated metric relationships. The report describes the proposed physical interpretation of key constants, the role of the 19.412 Hz manifold frequency, the concept of metric drag, and the definition of the metric impedance parameter Zm. The project also summarizes observational indicators relevant to geophysical systems and semiconductor lattice behavior. The purpose of this project is to maintain a clear and accessible record of the theoretical framework, its internal structure, and its supporting observations.
