This study examines the perception of Senegalese migrant workers regarding online vocational training platforms in Tanzania. A mixed-method approach using surveys and focus group discussions was employed to gather data from Senegalese migrants in Tanzania. Senegalese migrant workers showed a preference for online training platforms that offered interactive learning modules (65%), with a significant concern about the reliability of platform security measures (72%). The findings suggest that while existing online platforms are generally viewed positively, improvements in security and user-friendliness are necessary to enhance their acceptance. Developers should prioritise enhancing security features and improving user interface design to better serve the needs of Senegalese migrant workers in Tanzania. Model estimation used =argmin_ᵢ (yᵢ, f_ (xᵢ) ) +₂², with performance evaluated using out-of-sample error.
