Rural clinics in South Africa face challenges in providing consistent high-quality healthcare services. A mixed-methods approach including quantitative data analysis and qualitative interviews was used to assess clinical outcomes across various clinics in South Africa. Clinics showed an average treatment success rate of 85% with significant variability, indicating the need for targeted interventions to enhance patient outcomes. Quasi-experimental designs provide robust evidence for understanding and improving rural healthcare delivery systems. Integrate community health workers into clinic operations and implement regular quality improvement cycles.
