This paper presents a subject-oriented structural-process ontology, a meta-framework that integrates theoretical physics and process philosophy to clarify the emergence of subjectivity. By synthesizing Whitehead’s process philosophy, Ontic Structural Realism, and Relational Quantum Mechanics, the work establishes six meta-axioms for structured existence. The framework's core innovation is Meta-Axiom 6 (M6), which identifies a coherence-directed asymmetry as the formal condition for persistence, favoring internal alignment over dissolution. Within this landscape, subjectivity is redefined not as a primitive property, but as a structural achievement of recursive self-integration, characterized by the Σ–Γ–χ–Π architecture. By offering interpretive accounts of quantum gravity, dark matter, and artificial agency, the paper provides a continuous, multilayered ontology that renders physical, biological, and cognitive persistence mutually intelligible.
