This chapter presents the minimal formal structure underlying the physical analysis developed in Physics I–V of Kasei-Theory. Physics does not describe configuration as such but only the region in which readability stabilizes as a persistent condition. The universe is therefore defined as the stabilized readable subset of configuration. The formal relations introduced here summarize this structure as a minimal framework in which physics becomes possible, expressed by the hierarchy: U ⊂ R ⊂ C ⊂ Ka.
