Against the backdrop of intelligence, the combination of the scientific and technological aspects of education and talent cultivation has emerged as a new source of energy, driving the progress and development of the entire society. While the technological advancement of education offers new perspectives to talents, the creativity of talents and the innovation of technology are also necessary conditions for the continuous development of science and technology. However, the current uneven allocation of educational resources, the rapid iteration of science and technology, and the imbalance between supply and demand of talents have made it difficult for traditional teaching models to adapt to the new demands of intelligent development. In this regard, this paper proposes three collaborative mechanisms: The first is the balanced allocation of regional educational resources to promote educational equity; The second is to establish a mechanism for adjusting the structure of talent cultivation in accordance with changes in science and technology. The third is to optimize the talent cultivation model and enhance the innovativeness of talent cultivation. Through these measures, the deep integration of education, science and technology, and talent in the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education can be promoted, and comprehensive intelligent construction can be achieved.
