This paper proposes a discrete spacetime model based on a bipartite tetrahedral lattice at the Planck scale. The lattice Hamiltonian exhibits chiral symmetry and supports topologically protected nodal lines in the Brillouin zone. Linearization near these nodes yields Weyl fermions which combine into Dirac spinors at low energies. Phase fluctuations of the hopping amplitudes generate emergent gauge fields, while the lattice symmetry suggests a possible geometric origin of the three fermion generations. The framework provides a topological lattice mechanism for the emergence of fermions and gauge interactions.
