This paper develops the macroscopic sector of the Homogeneous Compression Theory, in which matter undergoes a universal structural contraction at rate c. Time is treated as an emergent quantity arising from this contraction process, while mass is interpreted as resistance to its structural consequences. Gravitation is modeled through a scalar spatial trace field Psi, derived from a variational principle, whose static limit reproduces Newtonian gravity and whose dynamical form propagates disturbances at speed c. The framework also proposes a structural interpretation of cosmological redshift, yielding a distinct luminosity-distance relation without requiring metric expansion as a starting point. The work is presented as a macroscopic theoretical framework intended to unify time emergence, weak-field gravity, field energy, and cosmological redshift under a single structural principle.
