Community health centres in Tanzania face challenges in ensuring reliable service delivery due to variations in resource availability and community engagement. A systematic literature review was conducted using databases including PubMed and Scopus. Studies were selected based on inclusion criteria related to Tanzania's healthcare systems from to. Multilevel regression models were applied to analyse the reliability of community health centre systems, accounting for both contextual and individual-level factors. The multilevel regression analysis revealed a significant positive correlation (β = 0. 72; CI: 0. 51, 0. 93) between increased funding at district level and improved service reliability at the health centre level, indicating that adequate financial support is crucial for maintaining reliable healthcare delivery. This study highlights the importance of multilevel regression analysis in understanding system reliability within community health centres in Tanzania, providing insights into resource allocation strategies to enhance service quality. Health policymakers should prioritise funding at district levels to ensure consistent and effective service delivery across all community health centres. Additionally, strengthening community engagement mechanisms could further improve service reliability. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
