Multilingual African states face unique challenges in implementing language policies that affect educational outcomes. A survey of educators and parents to gather data on language use in schools and its perceived effects on learning outcomes. Survey results indicate that bilingual classrooms have significantly higher student achievement scores compared to monolingual environments (p < 0.05). Language policy plays a crucial role in educational success, with bilingual instruction being particularly effective.
